We had to be at the airport at 10:30, we only arrived a few minutes late. In the entrance hall we weighed our luggage and dropped it off. After we contined through passport control and headed inside. There where a lot of shops in here, or acually, it was more like one big shop. We spend about an hour looking at everything, we were absolutely shocked about the price of everything. for example: a cup of yoghurt with some muesli was 5 euros, a packet of stroopwafels was 7 euros and a panini was 8 euros. We didnt expect any less of the airport, but still. After an hour we headed back upstairs and headed to our gate. When we finally arived in the airplane, i was seated next to Lucy, and to out right were Evi and Ramla. Lucy was watching a movie and i was in the mood to talk, The chair next to Evi was free so i spend half of the flight over there. When we landed, we all headed to the main hall to pick up our luggage. After we went to the stansted express and spend an hour on the train to Londen.That was when disaster struck (for me atleast). We were on the underground for so long, it felt like hours. It was already hot, so the fact that i was wearijng a fleece sweater, a warm jacket and a scarf didn't help. After such a long day of traveling already i was really tired, which also means that i was quite grumpy. When we finally arived at our underground station (Golders green) we had to walk another 11 minutes to our hotel (with heavy luggage and clothes for warm weather). The hotel was ncie, we (me, Evi, Ramla and Izzie) had the nicest room, we even have a bath! After exploring out everything in ur room (including a weird, small door in our closet), we had to leave again. We went to piccadily circus to take a group picture, after we headed to dinner. The place was called 'tortilla soho' the food was fine, but lukewarm which soon turned cold. We then had free time, we went to a couple of stores, also to an h[e-38]m because i was really cold and i wanted to find a sweater (Because i was so warm earlier, i changed into a t-shirt). I didnt find a sweater however. We then headed to 'Boots' and tesco, Tesco was, in my oppinion, not so great. After we headed to the hotel and talked for another couple of hours, before we drifted off to sleep.
